In the archery and biathlon areas, targets are placed at varied distances to allow athletes to practice precision aiming under different conditions.

State-of-the-art training equipment and technology are key components of Sot de Baix. Advanced measuring systems enable precise recording of throws and shots, which can be analyzed to improve performance. The facility also has high-speed cameras and motion sensors to track athletes' movements, providing coaches with valuable data to help athletes optimize their techniques.
